BUSINESS-READINESS AND CONTRACT-READINESS TRAINING

Buchanan & Associates (B&A) has established an amazing business-readiness and contract-readiness training program to be offered to trade associations, chambers of commerce, community economic development agencies, supplier diversity contract providers, and community-based organizations (CBOs) that are pursuing implementation of a business-readiness, contract-readiness, and/or bank loan-readiness preparedness training program for its woman-owned, minority, disadvantaged, veteran-owned, and small business subcontractor population.

Trade Associations and Chambers of Commerce that serve veteran, women-owned, minority-owned, and small business populations with memberships from as low as 50 to 1,500 members who may need to become prepared and ready to bid on government and commercial contracts can benefit greatly from the top notch expertise of Buchanan & Associates.

COACHING:  Develop and deliver Needs Assessment Report to each assigned program participant.  Meet with each assigned program participant to discuss their individual report and identify multiple areas of developmental focus during the program period. Develop milestone plans and coach program participants to improve business acumen and apply proven strategies in their growth plans to achieve success.

By preparing small businesses with our stellar procurement-readiness program, businesses can confidently pursue and obtain procurement and contracts with primes and other contract providers with a much higher rate of success.
