Contract compliance is a key aspect of government contracting. Contract compliance is the process by which prime contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers are held to strict reporting standards when conducting business with the government. Government agencies awarding these contracts perform contract audits to make sure contract awardees don’t violate CFR rules, the established goals, proper utilization of subcontractors, no abuse of subcontractors, no falsification of documents, acknowledging and recognizing certification status, etc.  Contract awardees are required to adhere to strict guidelines in order to comply with rules, regulations, and specifications of the contract by contract providers under public works and government contracting guidelines.

HERE IS WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU SO THAT YOU ARE IN COMPLIANCE ON YOUR NEXT PROJECT:

  • Utilize more than 20 years of working knowledge of public contracting laws to ensure contractors’ adherence to the general requirements of contract documents.
  • Conduct “kick-off” meetings with Primes and subcontractors to explain the public works contract provider’s Contract Compliance and DBE/SBE participation program’s requirements as well as articulate subcontractor’s responsibilities under those programs.
  • Generate and disseminate discrepancy notices to prime if required, or subcontractors including recommendations for sanctions or withholding as allowed by the program guidelines.
  • Ensure that primes and subcontracts maintain compliance with ALL government contracting requirements including meeting the contract attainment goal, as well as the commitment goal, submitting reports on time.
